Role Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Professional to support individuals through workplace injury recovery. Our team works alongside employees to help them rebuild confidence, regain independence, and return to meaningful work.

The Job Description:

You will use your training and skills to guide and manage your client's journey as they return to daily life after a psychological injury. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases and providing coaching for health, career, and return to work.
  • Performing vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.
  • Creating Employer networks within the region.
  • Using award-winning risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a result-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and capacity to successfully manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to show initiative and work unsupervised.
  • Well-developed ability to undertake research and prepare data for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to follow procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Police clearance and working with children check.
