Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the front-of-house team, prioritizing their demands to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organize staff rosters according to operational requirements, guaranteeing adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Address guest complaints efficiently and professionally, resolving issues promptly.
About You:
  • Prior experience in large-scale operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • A proven track record of leadership, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late finishes and weekends, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage services and products, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
