About Us

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Director to lead our 74-place Kurri Kurri service.

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Development and Leadership
  • Operational Management of the Centre
  • Developing and Implementing a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
  • Maintaining a Strong Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

About You

  1. ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  2. Experience with Staff Development & Leadership; Experience in a Similar Role Advantageous
  3. Strong Knowledge and Experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS); Ability to Develop a QIP
  4. Outstanding Level of Verbal and Written Communication
  5. Strong Computer Skills
  6. Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  7. Current Working with Children Check
