Job Description

The Network Engineer plays a pivotal role in providing technical support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. Key responsibilities include resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.

This position also serves as a subject matter expert for operations teams, handles escalations from both offshore and onshore teams, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve work order and appointment issues.

About You

Candidates should have experience in technical customer support positions, including one year in telecommunications. A strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies is required, along with the ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms.

Experience with systems such as Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk, and ViaSat, as well as Wireless and Satellite on-site technician support tools, is highly regarded.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
