About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide organisational and administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing at Nepean Private Hospital.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an Executive Assistant role, with a strong background in business administration and IT systems. They will be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing diary management, coordinating executive communications, and maintaining an organised filing system. They will also assist with recruitment, payroll, and e-credentialing related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing
- Coordinate executive communications, including diary management and email correspondence
- Maintain an organised filing system and assist with recruitment and payroll
- Assist with e-credentialing related matters, including processing applications for accreditation
Essential Criteria
- Minimum three years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Strong background in business administration and IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
