Job Description

The Role We are seeking a passionate Horticultural Professional to join our dedicated team working in Lytton Brisbane. Our ideal candidate will have experience in gardening/landscaping with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of themselves and others.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating commercial mowers (out-front and wide area) and small plant equipment.
  • Managing weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
  • Using brush cutters, blowers, and edgers to keep spaces pristine.
  • Ensuring all sites are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Prioritising safety by following all HSEQ processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current driver's license.
  • Horticulture/Turf Management Qualifications (desirable).
  • Previous experience in horticulture, parks, and gardens maintenance and/or mowing operations.
  • The ability to execute work to a high standard.
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
  • The ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
