About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for executing talent initiatives and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with hiring managers to establish role requirements and develop strong relationships.
  • Determine applicant requirements and fit to role by studying position descriptions and relevant qualifications, skills, and attributes.
  • Take part in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, preliminary phone screens, and interview coordination with hiring managers.
  • Place job advertisements and source candidates through various channels, including internal databases, online job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Manage administration related to recruitment processes, including conducting reference checks and sighting relevant qualifications and certificates.
  • Maintain and create attractive job postings to build a pipeline of inbound resumes.
  • Proactively build a talent pool of potential candidates.
  • Approach and recruit talent using tools such as Seek talent search and LinkedIn.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Formal HR qualification, degree or certificate preferred.
  • Proactive sourcing techniques for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competent with planning and prioritizing your workload independently.
  • Team and customer service orientated.
  • Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
  • Demonstrate fairness in the recruitment process by treating people with dignity and taking a balanced view.
