**Job Overview**

The primary objective of this role is to expand the Home Loan Introducer Program in Queensland, enhance introducers' understanding of ANZ governance and processes, and build capability among ANZ lenders.

This position acts as the single point of contact between ANZ and Introducer Aggregators, attending Business Reviews. It also focuses on building and maintaining the capability of Home Lenders to confidently manage their Introducer relationships while minimizing risks to ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts to achieve business strategy objectives.
  • Enhance the relationship between ANZ and Introducer Aggregators.
  • Attend Business Reviews and ensure effective management of Introducer relationships.
  • Build and maintain capability among Home Lenders to efficiently manage Introducer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Significant residential lending experience - ideally 5 years +.
  • Solid customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of the business and market environment in which ANZ operates.
  • Result-oriented with strong perseverance.
  • Concern for quality and standards.
