We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Facilitator to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and be able to lead change initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

This is a fixed-term part-time position with flexible working arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead changes to meet Surgery Recovery and Reform Strategy aims and identify opportunities to create efficiencies for patient care in the management of the Elective Surgery Wait List
  • Take direction from Surgery Recovery and Reform Project Lead and drive implementation of Elective Surgery Reform initiatives in line with the project plan
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
