Job Description:

A successful Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of construction delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate construction delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and depot managers to ensure project progress
  • Secure approvals and manage compliance requirements
  • Oversee contractors, manage resources, and monitor onsite works
  • Track costs, forecasts, and timelines to keep projects within budget and on schedule
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a formal qualification in Building or Construction Management or at least 5 years' relevant trade experience (ideally with an electrical background). You must also possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence, coordinate, and communicate effectively.
