The ideal candidate will spearhead our organisation's journey towards a more sustainable future, implementing and overseeing the execution of our comprehensive sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and drive Lindt Australia's sustainability roadmap aligned with Group objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth and development within the local business.
- Communicate progress to the Executive team and Decarbonisation Steering Committee.
- Educate functional leaders to promote behavioural change in support of the sustainability agenda.
- Collaborate to develop a prioritised project roadmap ensuring timely progress.
- Proven experience in the sustainability field.
- Success in leading projects and programmes.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and motivate oneself.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in sustainability or a related field.
