Catholic Education is seeking an experienced IT Service Owner to join their fast-growing IT Shared Services team. As a key member of the Platform team, you will be accountable for the management of Application Delivery and Support of all Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and People Management Systems.

About the Opportunity

You will report to the head of IT Shared Services or delegate and work collaboratively with the broader team to enable outcomes and success of Enterprise Applications and IT Services within the IT Shared Service Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the platform service lifecycle, defining and executing platform service vision and strategy.
  • Lead research and define current and future product enhancements to meet customer needs and maximise return on investment.
  • Ensure service design compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant policies and standards.
  • Plan and design tests that validate services have been built against design specification.
