**Key Role:**

We are looking for Lead Road Designers to manage major projects involving High Speed Motorways and Major Urban Arterials.

**Responsibilities:

- Manage project delivery within agreed deadlines;

- Identify technical road design issues and communicate them with the team;

- Ensure accurate, clear, and concise project documents comply with best practice and quality standards.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Background in drafting with a degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering;

- Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads software;

- Experience in project delivery environments with participation in delivering major road infrastructure projects;

- Knowledge of local authority CADD standards (e.g., TfNSW, VICRoads, QLD TMR).

**Key Skills and Competencies:**

- Project management skills;

- Strong technical knowledge of road design principles;

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
