As a Technical Director, you will lead the development of innovative solutions for road infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and driving technical excellence in geometric design.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of geometric modelling methods, codes, and specifications associated with road infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Transport for NSW/RMS and AustRoads design standards, including geometric design, barrier design, pavement, and line marking design is also required.

A strong track record of leading, directing, and encouraging learning and technical development is essential. Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk exposure, applying adequate controls in Sales and Project Delivery is also necessary.

Key Requirements
