Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide care, information, and support for people with cancer across the continuum of care pathways and multidisciplinary teams within the cancer care community.
Primary Objectives:- Collaborate with patients and their families to provide expert clinical and supportive care.
- Facilitate seamless communication across the multidisciplinary cancer care team.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the spectrum of cancer care, encompassing health assessment, treatment pathways, referrals, and ongoing facilitation of clinical and supportive cancer care.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Post Graduate qualifications in Cancer Nursing - Oncology and/or Palliative Care.
- Minimum of 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience as a registered nurse with at least 3 years recent full-time equivalent experience in Oncology, Palliative Care or Cancer Stream specific Nursing.
