We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Gold Coast branch.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email, and at the front counter.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer any questions.
- Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
- Process sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered.
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- What does a typical day look like? A typical day involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks.
- How much experience do I need? We require candidates with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
