Driving Change in Primary Care

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in leading The PRIDE Co-Design Project. This initiative aims to deliver real outcomes and quality improvement in the Brisbane south region, focusing on strengthening health access and equity for people with disability.

This is a full-time fixed-term role to 18 December 2026. Your primary objective will be to support The PRIDE Co-Design Project by coordinating clinical site recruitment and providing quality improvement coaching and support to embed an LGBTIQA+ affirming Model of Care into primary care settings.

You will also contribute to existing new and emerging health access and equity initiatives in collaboration with key partners and sector stakeholders.

About You

  • You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in health management, health promotion, public health, and/or project management.
  • You must have an understanding of diverse groups' needs, particularly people who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQA+, multicultural, and/or people with disability.
  • Demonstrated health experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to work autonomously and independently within the scope of the role.
  • Current Queensland driver's licence.
  • National Police Check.
  • Understanding of quality improvement methods and techniques within a primary care setting.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and/or coaching skills.
