Role Overview

The Customer Service Ambassador role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Ambassadors are experts in delivering exceptional customer service, engaging and connecting with guests, sharing top-quality product knowledge, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Assess customers' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Engage with customers and attend to customer or store needs.
  • Receive customer feedback and take appropriate action.
  • Inform customers of local community programs.
