Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail section of the Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Retail section, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations.
  • Ensure customers' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that products are well stocked and appropriately priced.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless and integrated experience for customers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail management experience (essential), preferably in a Pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy operations and Retail best practices.
  • Sound knowledge of POS systems, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation.
