Training and Development Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training, preferably in a virtual setting. They will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement training initiatives.
  • Providing feedback to participants and ensuring that they have a positive learning experience.
  • Ensuring that all training materials are well-prepared and up-to-date.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
