
Effective IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in providing efficient and effective technical support to customers.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT support role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound knowledge of existing and emergent technologies, and sound knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks such as ITIL.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests raised through the service desk, and working with or escalating matters to specialist staff/vendors to ensure quick resolutions are achieved and service levels are met.
