About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Jewellery Client Advisor to join our team at Miller Leith. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and guidance to clients seeking exquisite jewellery pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and desires.
  • Present detailed product information and showcase the company's offerings to clients.
  • Ensure a seamless purchasing experience for clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Exceed client expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and establishing the company as a trusted destination for fine jewellery.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A strong sales acumen, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell, is essential.
  • Experience working in the fine jewellery and/or luxury retail industry is highly desirable.
