As a Sales Associate, you will be a key representative for our luxury brand, responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will take on supervisory duties as needed, including opening and closing the boutique, while also leading and motivating the team to ensure continued success.

  • Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
  • Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Uphold the highest service standards through our sales ceremony.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with local clientele.
  • Open and close the boutique independently when needed.
  • Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Organize and replenish backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties.
  • Provide feedback to the Boutique Manager on team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury brand and product range.
  • Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines.

To succeed in this role, you must be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury watches. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
