We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they meet the needs of all children
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children
- Work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity
