About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.
- Put safety first in everything you do, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current WA Working with Children's Check.
