Solar Farm Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale solar farm projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything is on track and within scope.
- Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, helping them develop and grow their skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil).
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success.
