We are a team of 300+ water specialists, passionate about healthy and sustainable communities wherever we work. We collaborate with our clients through city and regional offices operating in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle, Tamworth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Fiji.

Our water and wastewater process engineers are involved in the complete water, wastewater and recycled water treatment project life cycle, from investigations, planning studies, design, construction assistance, commissioning and operations support throughout Australia and the Pacific.

We are seeking the appointment of a Process or Senior Process Engineer, with a passion for water or wastewater, to join our thriving team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake process reviews, investigations and designs of wastewater and/or water treatment plants.
  • Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to secure, manage and deliver projects.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards being chartered) and hold a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
  • A strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments and design of municipal treatment plants.
  • Experience in an operational water or wastewater treatment environment, either from a role in operations, or through significant time onsite for consultancy or contractor project work.
