As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of a major system transformation project. This senior specialist position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide expert-level support for payroll processing, statutory reporting, and system maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience working in medium to large-sized businesses with complex decentralised operations. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in delivering month and year-end processing, providing systems support and maintenance, and contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely weekly payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- End of month & FY end processing, including statutory reporting
- Provide system support & maintenance
- Support the capability development of others
- Support the payroll components of the system project architecture and testing
- Contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely weekly payroll

To secure this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in a senior payroll role, with a strong focus on problem-solving, communication, and process improvement. You will also require excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
