Key Responsibilities:
* Understand KBR's global capabilities and how they align with the KBR's APAC strategy for growth, especially in the areas of AUKUS Pillar 1, Sustainment & Modernisation, and Consultancy vectors.
* Identify and realise opportunities to harness capabilities across KBR globally and key partners through collaboration.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key Defence, civil, and academic organisations, positioning KBR and our Frazer-Nash Consultancy as a trusted nuclear steward.
* Demonstrate thought leadership in the industry and with the Defence customer in the areas of nuclear stewardship, nuclear regulation, and workforce development to support Australia's SSN ambitions.
* Influence and advise GS APAC and the broader KBR in the development and delivery of nuclear assurance and stewardship solutions to the Australian defence force.
* Recognised internally and externally as a Nuclear SME, technically proficient and astute.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
* Essential:
+ Provides thought leadership.
+ Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Science/Engineering.
+ At least 20 years of related experience.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong leadership skills.
+ Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
+ Postgraduate degree in related field (Technical).
+ Previous experience in a similar role.
