About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technical Nuclear Advisor to join our team at KBR. As a trusted nuclear steward, you will be responsible for developing our brand and reputation in Australia through building and maintaining relationships within the nuclear ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key Defence, civil and academic organisations to position KBR as a trusted nuclear steward.
- Identify and realise opportunities to harness capabilities across KBR globally and key partners through collaboration.
- Understand and analyse customer requirements, translating them into leading capability solutions for the Australian Defence Force in nuclear engineering, nuclear stewardship and the nuclear regulatory framework.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in the industry and with the Defence customer in the areas of nuclear stewardship, nuclear regulation and workforce development.
- Influence and advise GS APAC and the broader KBR in the development and delivery of nuclear assurance and stewardship solutions to the Australian defence force.
Requirements
- Provides thought leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Science/Engineering.
- At least 20 years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills.
