Capture Lead Engineering Services Role

Deliver mission-critical services and systems to Defence, national security, and essential industry.

This role involves working alongside other Defence Sector executives, leading a multi-disciplinary and fully funded Capture Team.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing and approving a Capture Strategy, including associated business development investments.
  • Maintaining senior-level relationships and providing support and insight to drive long-term outcomes.
  • Leading a direct and virtual team to deliver timely and successful results.
  • Influencing customer requirements, procurement strategies, and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.

This role requires a proven track record in executing major captures in a competitive terrain, with experience in Defence and Secure Government environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in capture management, with hands-on execution of win strategies and effective bid management.
  • Solid experience working in Defence and Aerospace markets, with particular focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Eligibility for Australian Defence security clearance, with current security clearance advantageous.
