Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support in areas of digital and online strategy.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to plan, analyze, document, and propose solutions for affected business areas by mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Perform system configuration changes based on business requirements documents and functional specification documents.
  • Creation of configuration analysis and change summary documentation, requirements traceability matrix documentation.
  • Deliver required changes into staging systems or UAT partition environments for testing, upon receiving stakeholder approval making changes into production environments or partitions.
  • Assist and support end-to-end user acceptance testing, functional changes according to business suitability, overall user experience and user design.

Requirements

  • Five years' recent experience working in eBusiness, digital / online services development or marketing.
  • Strong experience with Sitecore CMS and a solid understanding of metadata and website analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, APIs, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, comfortable in educating others.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
