Senior Case Manager

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading cases in accordance with quality and risk management practices. You will collaborate with specialist advisors and utilise decision-making processes and systems to deliver timely advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
The role requires effective case management principles to be met through evidence-based, transparent, independent and impartial decision-making. This includes producing, supervising and/or coordinating all case outputs, including report writing, case records and case communications.
You will also support capability development of team members and other commission staff, including delegating decisions and tasks appropriately, providing clear performance standards and feedback.
Main Responsibilities- Leading a collaborative case team to work effectively with specialist advisors and utilise decision-making processes and systems.
- Ensuring investigatory rigour and effective case management principles are met.
- Producing, supervising and/or coordinating all case outputs.
- Supporting capability development of team members and other commission staff.
