We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design of our products, driving innovation and excellence in user experience. As a key member of our team, you will own the end-to-end product design process, from insight to execution.

Key responsibilities include designing seamless, human-first journeys, partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that meet user needs, championing craft and consistency, and testing, learning, and iterating fast to drive real-world feedback into the product.

Requirements for this role include 8+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing sharp thinking and real impact. Strong interaction and visual design skills across mobile and web platforms are essential, along with experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams.

  • Strong design thinking skills to guide decisions and elevate the bar across the team.
  • Ability to make complex feel effortless and know when good is good enough.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, guiding others, and sharing rationale.
