Product Design Leadership Role

This leadership position focuses on defining end-to-end user flows and screens based on requirements for product designers and their cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects, iterating on and improving existing experiences within the design team.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define problem spaces and align on solutions.
  • Engage with internal colleagues and customers to validate designs and ensure they are user-friendly, fit for market, and reduce operational risk.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively, using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Work within a strong design community—sharing, critiquing, and growing alongside a team of talented designers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a senior product designer in complex industries such as banking, finance, or fintech.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.
  • Experience designing for complex systems, where multiple user types and workflows need to be considered.
  • A natural ability to communicate, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive great design outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
