The Role

We are seeking a strategic professional to develop and execute integrated global marketing plans to successfully launch, optimize, and embed our value propositions.

This involves translating strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, retention, and customer engagement.

A commercially savvy, customer-centric thinker is required to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams.

You will contribute to developing GTM playbooks, frameworks, and messaging, ensuring best practices are embedded across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans aligned with our growth, retention, and engagement objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support the optimization of GTM strategies using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or similar roles within healthcare, insurance, or customer-centric industries.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives, managing stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with experience developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that enhance engagement and conversion.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimize GTM plans.
