Meta is seeking an experienced program manager to support the deployment and maintenance of demo experiences in retail stores. The role will be based out of Sydney's office and involve extensive coordination with vendors, teams, and partners. Responsibilities include planning and management of merchandising program elements, implementation of demo experiences for cutting-edge products, and budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deliverables and project trackers to ensure updates execute on time
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with key deliverables
  • Develop and maintain scalable retail technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to define KPIs and review engagement metrics
  • Work closely with Field sales teams to understand potential issues and build tech solutions
  • Manage relationships with retail technical support partners and scale accordingly
  • Act as liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical project/product management or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of hardware and software development processes
  • Experience working with AU Consumer Electronics retail partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts swiftly
  • Experience managing multiple project budgets and navigating various organizational environments
