About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our client-focused team in Sydney. This is a 12-month contract that requires a deep understanding of shopper behaviour and the ability to craft compelling campaigns.

The successful candidate will bring senior-level media strategy experience, ideally with a creative edge, and be confident in challenging clients to push boundaries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall strategic direction for clients within the ROI+ approach.
  • BUILDING STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, MEDIA PARTNERS & INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Applying a deep understanding of the consumer in response to all communication briefs.
  • Translating consumer understanding into actionable, fact-based communication strategies.
  • Delivering innovative and proactive solutions in problem solving.
Requirements
  • Understanding and ability to utilise traditional (e.g. Roy Morgan, AQX) and new tools effectively to supplement research.
  • Creating robust communications proposals – from a brief to proposed executions.
