We are looking for a professional who can develop strategic business planning processes and support teams in developing core strategic business planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, product, or digital, with structuring and implementing initiatives with the Sales team. They should be able to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives, translate data and trends into powerful strategies, and create simple narratives for different audiences.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Media Sales Specialist Leadership team and Vertical teams to develop opportunity sizing and solution strategies, prioritization, clear objectives, and key results for the region.
  2. Support the Media Sales Specialist teams in developing core strategic business planning processes (product priorities, resource allocation, operating models, etc.).
  3. Develop assessments, identifying insights on opportunities.
  4. Partner with local in-market Specialists across all product types and APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Leads to develop product needs and navigate regional and global priorities/best practice recommendations.
  5. Partner with Specialist teams to recommend, develop, and operationalize solution strategies/GTM approach (segmentation, coverage models, lead lists, operational excellence, etc.).
