About the Role


As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) at Coles Supermarkets, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to safely navigate local neighbourhoods in Coles vans to deliver customer orders to their homes, both during the day and evening shifts.


You will also be responsible for assisting with the picking and packing of orders to the highest standard, ensuring they are ready for delivery. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as you will interact directly with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to providing great customer experiences, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Additionally, you will need to hold an Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and have a safe driving record. You will also need to be physically active, as you will be required to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, which may involve stairs.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard
  • Safely drive and navigate Coles vans to deliver customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

About You and Your Skills:


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:



  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • To be active – as well as driving, you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs)
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
