  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage long-term asset plans to enhance resident quality of life.
    • Oversight of preventative maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide technical advice to village and maintenance staff to optimize performance.
    • Manage minor capital projects within budget constraints.
    • Evaluate quality and compliance in all work to maintain high standards.
    • Liaise with Village Staff, Executives, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
    • Contribute to resident and staff satisfaction through quality service delivery.
