We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our real estate management team in Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and tenants to deliver exceptional service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure service excellence
  • Implementing and maintaining orderly financial management and lease administration procedures
  • Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and updating tenancy schedules with all lease data
  • Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis and diary reports
  • Undertaking frequent inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of property assets

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated from a Property related degree
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is preferred but not essential
  • Currently holding or willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
