Job Description

The role of the Network Engineer is to support, maintain and uplift network infrastructure, systems and designs in a period of technological change.

  • Contribute to the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network problems and provide advice on preventative strategies.
  • Work independently with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of outcomes of their work.
  • Highlight perceived security risks to managers.
  • Exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain existing network infrastructure.
  • Design and implement new network infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CCNA certification minimum, CCNP and/or CCIE desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to contribute to projects and initiatives.
