Job Title: Infrastructure Architect

The ideal candidate will oversee high-level ICT infrastructure projects and lead the development of complex system designs. Key responsibilities include managing requirements, system definition, design, integration, verification, and validation.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for system engineering, including system designs, maintenance plans, and configuration management.
  • Analyse intricate systems engineering issues across various capability elements, applying expertise to identify solutions and recommend courses of action.
  • Promote stakeholder engagement to understand business needs and provide architectural overviews, presentations, and advice on system implementation.
  • Document system designs and implementation processes using project tracking tools to monitor progress.
  • Solve problems that arise during system development projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Provide technical leadership to optimize IT infrastructure performance.
  • Investigate and implement tools, techniques, and processes for system and service management.
  • Design large or complex systems, conducting impact analysis on major design options and trade-offs.
  • Oversee installation and decommissioning projects.
  • Develop organisational system integration strategies and build capabilities.
