Reformer Pilates Instructor Wanted

We are seeking passionate and motivated Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing a high-quality fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes, adhering to our high standards and processes.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of classes at a 10/10 standard, promoting an energetic and welcoming environment for members.
  • Build strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer service, helping to create a positive and supportive community.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Where required, assist in capturing class content and testimonials for use on our social media channels.
Requirements:
  • Reformer Certification
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • A passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advanced members
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to break down exercises and offer progressions and regressions
  • Ability to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment

Please note that flexible hours and days are required for this role, and proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview. Additionally, a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Clearance will be necessary.
