We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to oversee the entire reconditioning process for our used vehicles.

Job Description:

This role requires strong leadership and organisational skills to manage technicians, coordinate with vendors, and adhere to timelines for an efficient workflow.

  • Develop and implement workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective reconditioning.
  • Work closely with technicians, detailers, and vendors to ensure quality repairs and detailing.
  • Maintain a reconditioning pipeline, prioritising based on sales demand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive service, reconditioning, or fixed operations, with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of vehicle repairs, bodywork, detailing, and reconditioning processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Automotive credentials such as ASE Certification.
  • Experience with dealership management software and inventory tools.
