Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Services Support Professional to join our team. This is a full-time role located on-site in Darwin.

The successful candidate will support families by providing advocacy, information, and practical assistance.

  • Avoidance and accompaniment of individuals
  • Assessment of individual needs and coordination of support services
  • Maintenance of accurate records of support activities
  • Collaboration with other service providers to promote overall well-being and development
Main Responsibilities:

Providing family support services through assessment, case management, and referrals;

Developing and implementing plans to address individual family needs;

Coordinating with external agencies to ensure holistic support;

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with community members and other service providers, demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting the well-being of children and families.
