About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will support our operational teams across our businesses by:

  1. Delivering timely and accurate best practice HR advice
  2. Providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders on a range of employment-related matters
  3. Working with the teams on performance management and disciplinary issues
  4. Implementing learning and development programs
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach and advise managers on HR matters, including recruitment and selection, performance management, complaint management, and disciplinary matters
  2. Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legislative requirements
  3. Provide accurate and timely advice on industrial instruments such as Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and NES interpretation and implementation
  4. Design and implement learning and development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring
  5. Continuously improve the HRIS system and implement the Performance Development module
  6. Review, update, and prepare HR documentation, including contracts, general letters, employee variations, and responsibility statements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience
  3. Strong experience in Employee Relations management and Learning and Development
  4. Good time management with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  5. Efficient HR administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
  7. The ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
  8. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
