Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on employment matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with specialist functions to design and deliver people-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless client experiences by coordinating with People Services Operations & Advisory teams.
Requirements
  • Relevant generalist HR or ER experience with a focus on relationship-building and complex case management.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
