Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead technical discovery and solutioning for engagements across multiple industries.

  • Lead technical discovery and solutioning for Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform.
  • Craft winning solutions that articulate business value to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to design scalable and integrated solutions.
  • Present tailored demos, prototypes, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Align Salesforce offerings with broader cloud architecture.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution blueprints.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in presales/solution architecture roles.
  • Exposure to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP BigQuery).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data modeling, and security.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
About Us

This role is pivotal in driving pre-sales engagements and creating innovative solutions for clients.

Able to contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with detailed architecture diagrams and cost models.

Familiarity with Salesforce certifications highly preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA pathway).
